Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Principal. The Assistant Principal will work closely with the Principal to support the overall administration and management of the school. This is a leadership position that requires strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team.

Duties:
- Assist the Principal in overseeing day-to-day operations of the school
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective implementation of curriculum and instructional strategies
- Support teachers in classroom management and student discipline
- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
- Conduct regular evaluations of teachers and staff performance
- Collaborate with parents and community stakeholders to foster positive relationships and engagement
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the school
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives to improve educational outcomes
- Provide leadership in professional development activities for teachers and staff
- Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and dedication to education

Skills:
- Strong educational background with a minimum of a Master's degree in Education Administration or related field
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills
- Experience in classroom teaching and curriculum development
- Proven ability in strategic planning and senior leadership roles
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of educators
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others towards achieving common goals
